Yes. Exclaimer can synchronize approved directory data from Microsoft 365 and use those fields inside the centrally managed signature. Exclaimer performs automatic user-data synchronization twice daily, and an administrator can also start a manual synchronization.
Is the Microsoft 365 synchronization instant or real-time?
It is not a continuous real-time feed. Exclaimer automatically synchronizes Microsoft 365 user data twice each day, with a manual synchronization option available. Microsoft 365 and Entra ID propagation may also affect how quickly a newly edited field becomes available.
What happens when an employee changes job title or phone number?
Update the approved information in the connected directory. After synchronization, the centralized signature can use the updated value without requiring the employee to manually rebuild the signature.
Will signatures appear on messages sent from mobile devices?
Server-side signature imprinting can apply signatures to messages sent from supported devices and email clients. The final deployment method depends on your email platform and configuration.
